Been harged twice this month

I joined ID this month and was due to pay my bill on the 27th of March if 42.99 when it came to that day they didn’t take it and my account said I was over due 42.99 so therefore I payed that by the app as I thought the direct debit was not working. Then yesterday the 31st of March my direct debt got took out meaning I had payed twice and it says in my bill I have made two payment surly I should get one of the payment back as I was only meant to pay one ?

We’re sorry to hear about the delay with the Direct Debit payment showing on the app. Making a manual payment close to when a Direct Debit is due will often mean the Direct Debit will still be taken. We will send you a PM now so that we can process a refund for you.
