Being billed twice per month

Hello, good afternoon, hope you’re well.

 

Please can you see the two screen shots below? I’ve been charged for both iD and Carphone Warehouse each month. Please can you explain why? And please may you refund all money paid unnecessarily?

Hello @Ben9Hansford,

Have you tried speaking to Carphone Warehouse on what those charges are for?

The iD Mobile charges should be for your line rental.

Have you checked your bills to confirm the amounts match those being taken and the dates are roughly the same time?
