Howdy @steven666

Paying a bill that far in advance should be fine Steven.

It would only usually be if you’re looking to pay a bill around the same date (or on the weekend of a Direct Debit being taken) that you could potentially be charged twice.

Any overpayments of any kind would just sit on your account by default to be used against the next upcoming bill(s).

My elderly relative has been receiving bills from ID Mobile for some time, however is not aware of setting up an account. She was paying £6 a month. I cancelled the account recently, however a bill for £326.22 has just arrived apparently on the balance of the previous invoice. We have no information to  support this. Can someone please contact me urgently to resolve this.
