Okay @Joe Manton, have you signed in to your iD My Account online to look at your last bill?

Your iD Mobile bill will show you the itemised charges for all your plan’s allowance usage, along with any out-of-plan costs/spending.

Yeah I checked the app I’ve not been charged for anything else just my bill increased

Okay @Joe Manton,

Did you start your contract with iD Mobile before April 2022?

If yes, then your plan was subject to the annual RPI increase, with the effect (increase) applied to your April bill and subsequent bills.
