BILL PAID BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO USE PHONE

My account was suspended, paid my bill within minutes and 12hrs later I still can't txt or make calls, this has never happened before and I desperately need to make calls to my children. Keeps telling me to call 7777 which I have and got nowhere, someone please help this is severely affecting my anxiety
