Hi Gary,

It can sometimes take a few days for it to reflect on the app.

Is the payment showing as taken from your account?

Did you pay the full amount due?

Hello yes i paid it in full on Friday i just didn't want cutting off with getting a message saying my payment due in 3 days thanks your help

If you don’t have an active Direct Debit, we’d usually send a text around the time the bill is due to remind you, this is automated.
