I need to pay off my bill on a SIM that was mistakenly sent to me. I never used it and threw it away so can't login to pay admit sends a confirmation text to that SIM. Options please?

To make a payment without an online account you can call our automated telephone service on 7777 free from an iD phone or on 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile phone. Once you have listened to the automatic message, please select Option 2.
