My credit file is stating ID is putting a negative status on my report due to 3 payments in areas even though my bill is up to date,

How do I get this resolved as it is a mistake

My suggestion would be to get in-touch with iD Mobile on social media through facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by sending a Direct Message).

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hi @Joseph Armstrong,

Have you recently changed your billing date? If so the bill will be higher due to being charged over a longer time.

I would advise checking your bill for the full breakdown but do let us know if you require further information and we can send you a PM.
