Can my account be reconnected/reinstated

Hi you have blocked my phone with you I’ve missed 3 or 4 payments over Xmas lost my job from Covid 19 just got a new job wondered if I can get back up and running please

Hello Ryan,

If we’ve blocked the services (suspended outgoing) then making a payment to clear the balance due will re-instate this.

If we have disconnected the services (which I believe after 3-4 missed payments will be the case) then we cannot reconnect this.
