Hi I am trying to call a UK mobile and am told that I have used up my allowance which is not true as I have unlimited minutes

Hi @Tony644,

We’re sorry to hear about that! Although it is a UK mobile number, do you know if there is a charge attached to it? Some non-standard numbers can have charges. Does the same message appear when calling other mobile phone numbers too?

I think it must be a dodgy number so I blocked it. Other mobile numbers work fine.
