I’m getting an error message while trying to set up a Direct Debit. Have tried both the App and the website. It wont even let me enter my full name as the character limit is too short.
If neither of those options work, your remaining option is to contact iD Mobile using their online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The iD agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays.
If you do use online chat, be sure to type “speak to an agent” to be put through to a human.
You can also get assistance from iD Mobile by contacting them privately from their facebook page or Twitter page.
