cant make calls

I can’t make calls, every time I try to call anyone it takes me to the payment line but I do r owe any money and it states this on the service but I can’t make calls and my data also isn’t working this has been over a week now

Did you mean you do owe money or you don’t?

If you do owe money, then paying the balance on the payment line will restore services.

If you don’t have a balance showing or are told £0.00, please let us know.
