Changing account holders name.

Hi my mum opened my account for my when I was 16 in HER name I'm not 19 and want the account to be in MY name is this possible to do or would I have to open my own contract.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the ownership of the contract that your mum took for you because the credit check was made under her details in order to be approved. The easiest option for you is to apply for brand new contract and cancel existing one which will run credit check on your details or keep it as it is just change direct debit to your bank account which means your contract still will be under your mums name but will be paid from your account. 

To change your direct debit details tap "Billing tab" in the App and scroll down until you find option as on the screenshot below.
