Direct Debit is Set up but asking for me Manual Payment

Good Morning, 

 

I have a Direct Debit set up for each month and this months hasn't gone out but is due imminently. its asking for a manual payment should i just ignore this until my direct debit goes out?

Hi @Steven Nollett, yes, this often happens when the Direct Debit date falls close to the weekend. As long as your Direct Debit is active, just let it do its thing. It might not always be taken exactly when we say, but it should go through eventually.
