Direct Debit not taken on time

Hello, 

I've changed from a sim only plan, to what is now a phone contract. The payment was due out on the 25th fully understand that it was Christmas day. Still nothing has happened the old direct debit is still set up. The money is sitting waiting in my account also. 

What is happening? As is this affecting credit? Please someone explain.

Hi @Kellyshyde, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Presumably this has been resolved now? We sometimes see delays with Direct Debits when it falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday, of which we’ve had quite a few recently.
