Do i have to wait until my plan refreshes before I can make calls?

i have 500 Mb data on my package.I have used 1gb this month ,I think I was trying to send photos.Do I have to wait until my next months allowance before I can make calls

Hello @Petalcraft,

I’m sorry, I didn’t quite get that.

So your data allowances are used for data services and minutes use for calls. Texts are usually unlimited and they will be for SMS messages.

If you have 500MB data this month and used up all 500MB, then you’ll be charged for the out of plan usage after that until you reach your cap.

 

Data is not used to make voice calls.

As long as you have minutes left, you will be able to make a call.

I’ve renamed your topic somewhat, but if you could further clarify on what the issue is?
