Every time I make a phone call it says I'm dialling the 'customer payments helpline' which I never have?

Now my calls in and out don’t work as well as my mobile data. Doesn’t make any sense as I’ve made all of my payments? How do I stop this?

Hi @Jade Parker, it sounds like you might have missed a payment at some point and the suspension hasn’t been lifted even after you have made the payment.

I’d recommend speaking to the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams who can take a look at your account.
