forgot my pin to pay my bill

for some reason a direct debt hasn't come from my account, on my app it asks for the outstanding amount, im trying to pay but its asking for a pin code. im not sure what code this is, and im certain i haven't got it. how can i fix this?

Hi @rob m,

The PIN is usually set up at the start of your contract. Have you been able to log into your account online or app to make the payment that way instead?
