Had a direct debit still coming out from an old contract and had no way of contacting id to cancel it so was forced to cancel the direct debit, I now want to pay the outstanding amount on my account but cannot even do that without my account/number and can't get through to any humans to help me! I got the letter 3 days ago and don't want a Default on my account over £15!!!!
Help please, i need to pay a bill thats outstanding to avoid a default but have no acces to my account or id phone number and have been trying for 2 days to speak to someone so i can pay it!!
