I have been trying to contact ID mobile to pay my bill, which is no longer on direct debit. But I do not know the mobile number linked to my sim, which is has now been deactivated so I can’t even check this by calling someone! Live chat and all telephone services need my ID mobile number, I never set up an ID mobile account and no ID mobile email address is giving a response. How can I contact and pay them!

You can only make a payment via our payment line if you know the iD Mobile number.
If you don’t know this, we’ll need to get this for you before you can pay.
