How do you get to speak to someone at ID mobile? I have a bill query and not getting anywhere as everything seema to be automated

Your best option is to contact iD using their online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.
The iD customer service agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays.
If you use online chat, be sure to type “speak to an agent” to be put through to a human.
You can also get assistance from iD Mobile by contacting them privately from their facebook page or Twitter page.
