How do I see an itemised bill?

I have been charged for text/calls I never made and need to know the details. Itemised items are not shown on my bill, so how can I access them?

Hi @Cecilia

Do you have access to the iD Mobile App or the My Account area on the website?  It should list on your bill any call charges and such on there.

We would only ever charge you for calls, texts, data made from your own SIM, so if you haven’t made these calls, then someone else must have had access to your phone.
If you’re unable to find the itemised bills yourself, then please contact our Customer Services Team and they’ll be able to help you get the details of when exactly these chargeable calls/ texts were.

If you’re still not able to find this at the end pages, please get in touch with us directly, but all of our bills should already be itemised.

You won't see itemised charges on the first page summary of charges.
