If you submit a cancellation request (giving us 30 day’s notice), you’ll receive a normal monthly bill - on your billing date - for your full monthly line rental in advance. This could mean that you end up paying for line rental beyond your disconnection date. If this is the case, we'll refund you by adding a credit to your final bill.
