I feel I've been overcharged

I have just upgraded my phone to sim only and I am now being charged per minute on my account when I should have inclusive minutes and text, this must be resolved with a refund of all charges. Failure to acknowledge will result in me canceling the contract all together and going to the financial obnusman

Hi @Cosi Zinonos, this doesn’t sound right. I’d recommend speaking to the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams who can take a look at your account and provide an explanation.
