Why are you charging me £43.28 for my final bill when my bill is only normally £24.19?

My contract has ended so there shouldnt be a leaving fee?

Hi @Hannahconant75,

Have you used any additional services within the last month? Also, have you used a PAC/STAC when leaving us? If so, you may have requested it too soon (before the last 30-days of your 24-month period).

We let our customers upgrade within 60-days before the end of the contract but if you leave us within this period, you will still be billed for the time up until the last day of your contract.

Hi I am trying  to pay my last bill but as I've had a new sim I do not know my number so need help paying it

Please Call 7777 from your iD phone or 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile. (Charges may vary)

You can then select from one of the following options: 

Option 1 - Check your allowances, check your spend limit and check your unbilled charges

Option 2 - Hear your balance, make a payment

Hi I still cant  make a payment as I dont know my ID phone number as I've changed sims. When u ring the number they want this information  and  I haven't  got it many thanks
