Hi there @Whitfield 

If you have a £25 cap on your account then that would mean you are allowed to run up a bill of £25 over your standard monthly line rental

Do you happen to know what the charges are for?  It should show you on your most recent bill.

You can change your spending cap within the iD Mobile App if need be.
