My data allowance hasn't refreshed

Hello.

Bills all paid and up to date. The whole allowance was used last month, but usually the allowance is back on line by this time in the month, but not this time. How do I found out what is going on, so I can get mobile data back on my phone?

Okay thanks @timmiles123 - your My Account online should show your contract/plan start date.

If that was 04-Jan-2021 (for example), then I think your monthly allowance would be refreshed on the 4th day of each month.

Hey @timmiles123, your allowances should refresh on the same date every month, unless you’ve recently changed your Direct Debit date?

Have you checked the iD Mobile app to see what it says with regards to your allowances?
