My Direct Debit has been returned?
I paid my bill Monday its now saying they refunded it and that I have an outstanding debt but no moneys been returned to my bank account

When was it advised this money was returned?
If for an reason the Direct Debit had been returned to you due to a failed payment, your Bank should return the funds within a few days.
What does your app show?
Have you checked to see if there are any pending transactions in your Online Banking?
