need my final bill

i cancelled my plan online then accidentally cancelled my direct debit i have received an email stating you tried to take the payment but couldnt and asked me to pay the remainder but i can not find out how much i owe because online its saying I dont owe anything

When did you cancel your plan? A final bill is only generated around 24-hours after cancellation so you may need to log back in to check if the invoice has been created. If it hasn’t please let me know and we’ll look into this further.
