Hi there, I'm writing on behave of Bridie Moriarty, my elderly mum. It says no credit on her account. Can someone investigate? Acc no is DELETED PERSONAL INFORMATION I set up the account, with my email and direct debit. Shes in uk, I'm in Ireland so not easy to help. Kind regards,Bridget Moriarty

Please do not post personal information on the Community.

We’d need to speak to the account holder to access the account, unless you’ve got Power of Attorney over her assets?

Is she on a PAYG plan or a PAYM plan?

Have you logged into the app/account so you can check the current allowances?
