No services after paying bill

Payed my bill but still have noway of contacting any 1. This has been a few days now, I've reset phone had it off and on removed sim, had it on and off aeroplane mode and still nothing. Try to make calls says I can't and I owe £0.00 pounds. Can't go online nor message. Please will yous look into this please or I shall take my custome elsewhere. Thank you
