I have a direct debit set up to my account But today as i log in i see outstanding balance of my monthly payment, i go to my bills and it says it will total double my monthly payment at the end of the month, i tried to get in touch using live chat as i am abroad at the moment but it wasn’t working, i’m very unhappy with this company and the service they provide

We are sorry to hear about that. When is your ordinary payment date and has the money left your bank? You may have caught the app in between the recent payment being taken and it updating on the account. The reason for the double amount showing will be due to the current monthly bill and next months bill showing at the same time.
