overcharged on bill

seems to have completely missed out my April payment and charged me twice in May? Can this be rectified please? I know I paid twice as an original bill was missed but looks like you’ve taken the money and not taken it off my bill!

I am sorry to hear about this issue! When you download the May bill, does it seem to cover the period for April too when you check the invoice dates?


Did we also take an additional £43.09 from your bank account for the May invoice?
