paid bill still restricted


I have paid my bill however I still can't make calls send texts it's been nearly 2hours what should I do as I can't call them?

I've paid my 3 days ago and can't use my phone. I have switched on and off toom sim card out. I cant ring them as its automated znd says my account is all up to date.

Absoluty so stupid u xant talk to I'd mobile. The online help doesn't work. I need use my phone. If my account is up to date why can't u use my phone
