I have paid my bill however I still can't make calls send texts it's been nearly 2hours what should I do as I can't call them?

I've paid my 3 days ago and can't use my phone. I have switched on and off toom sim card out. I cant ring them as its automated znd says my account is all up to date.

Can you please try a few things to see of we can restore your services.
- Turn OFF your phone
- Remove the SIM card out of the slot
- Clean the SIM cardÂ
- Place it back in the SIM slot
- Turn your phone back ON

But its strange, the restriction on the account should have been lifted by now.
Can you please try a few things to see if we can get back your services.

If it still does not work, can you try to use the SIM in a different phone and see if your able to use any of the services.Â

I paid my bill yesterday morning, and my services are still restricted. It's been over 24 hours now, and I cant call anybody to sort this out so what do I do?
