paud twice now Id asking fir payment

Paid twice in December. Now Id asking fir payment in Jan . Is this just an automated text, can I ignore it, as I'm obviously in credit until Feb?

I have had a direct debit taken and paid for my sons phone. I have a direct debit set up for daughters phone as well but this wasn't taken now it says I have an outstanding balance. Then received an email to say I had cancelled a direct debit which was in reference to my sons phone. ID I have no idea what you are doing can you transfer payment to my daughters phone I am now have £60 taken for my sons in one month when they are only £30 a month. From now on I will just be making the payment myself

Do you currently have an active Direct Debit?

If you don’t, then we’d automatically send the text when the bill is generated or around when it’s due.

The credit from your double payment will simply be used to pay off the bill which should mean your covered here.

If you log into the iD app/account, you’ll be able to see the bill as paid.

 

Then a prediction of next month’s bill under “Your next bill so far”
