I a have a bill coming out monthly direct debit which is correct but I am now having another one a separate date for no reason as I am capped ? 
 

Tried to ring I’d getting nowhere to sort this?

Thanks @Victoria Bell, have you downloaded your bills from iD and checked through itemised calls, data and text messages section of your bills to see if there’s a charge or charges adding up to £2.21?

Have you used a premium service by mistake?

Have you called or messaging a NON-UK number?

I hope you manage to track down your mystery charge. 

It is coming up as a separate direct debit of £2.21 for each month.

Okay, have you:

  1. Downloaded your bills from iD and checked through itemised calls, data and text messages section of your bills to see if there’s a charge or charges adding up to £2.21?
  2. Have you used a premium service by mistake?

I should just have the £26.00 coming out of my bank.

 

no reason for the other direct debit

Where do you find itemised calls?

You need to download a PDF copy of your bill or bills, then look through the itemised charges.
It’s probably easiest to do this using your My Account online, from a laptop or desktop PC - good luck.

Hi @Victoria Bell,

Have you changed your billing date recently? This is the only reason I can think of right now that may cause 2 Direct Debits to be taken in this way.
