Hello i got a contract phone but not put sim in the phone as it was for my daughter so i fort it was going on my contract cause I registered it wiv same email but it hasnt ans dunno how to pay

Hi @Courtney Camplin, I’m not entirely sure I understand your message, but essentially, you can only have one line per account. It’s not possible to register two lines with the same email address.

You’ll either need to register the line with a new email address here, or pay the bill by calling our dedicated payment line on 0333 003 0001.
