phone bill paid twice

Hi could you tell me why ive paid twice for the same bill i paid it yesterday and use have took the money againĀ

Hello @Shannon mearns,

Your Direct Debit is collected 14-days after your bill is produced.

But it takes a few days for your Bank to show this as taken as the payment needs to clear.

What you likely did was see the payment was not taken from your Bank and paid manually, but weā€™d already collected this hence two payments.

The extra is stored on your account as a credit and will simply be used to pay off next bill but if you want to get this refunded, let us know.Ā
