Hi my bill has been took again today even know I paid it last week it's took money that I needed today so I'm currently sat in work with no money for dinner can you please tell me why this has happened it's showing 2x payments for January

Hello @Gavin1986,

Did you have a Direct Debit due to be taken but paid manually?

Direct Debits are collected 14-days after a bill is produced and takes a few days to reflect on your Bank account’s end.
