My phone bill was paid over 24 hours ago and I have tried calling 7777 numerous times and using live chat but can't seem to get through to anyone.

A few things to note when using live chat:
- Use chat between 9am to 8pm weekdays or 9am to 6pm weekends.
- Type “talk to a person” once connected to get an agent and avoid the 24/7 bot.
