Hi

I get 60GB per month. I never use it all. None of my data is rolling over anymore.

That sounds odd, @reconminicon. The only reason I can think of for data not rolling over is if you recently changed plans; you’ll have to wait 30 days for rollover to resume if you recently changed your plan.

If not, I’d recommend speaking to the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your account.
