I have a contract phone with you so got my son a sim only pack for 3.99 a month , needs paying but how come it don't come up on my account with my bill and how do I pay it as when I put in my details brings up my account only

Hi Rach30, you would need to register again for the other SIM to be able to see the details as we do not bring different SIM's under the same account at the moment. -Phil
I have tried registering but cause I have my information connected to my account it won't let me do it

Hi Rach30, each iD account needs to be registered with a separate email to be used when logging in. This is necessary to differentiate between the accounts. - Phil
