still being billed for a returned phone

I ordered a phone from a third party website on an ID contract. I got a message back saying it was out of stock and would t be fulfilled. A week later the phone arrived but I sent it back. I am now being billed for the contract by ID.

We would recommend contacting the third party/retailer in question to ensure they have completed the return for you.

If they have completed the return correctly then please be advised that we do bill customers for the time the plan was active, up to the point of return. If the bill is lower than what the monthly line rental should have been, the bill may be due to this.
