I have paid my mobile ID bills, all of them monthly… I struggled to pay my latest one however I still managed to get it paid within a day yet my account still doesn’t allow me to use my data, calls or texts. Whenever I do call, it says that I still have an outstanding balance even though I have paid for all of my bills and it doesn’t say on my page that I have any outstanding payments… What do i do?
