I recently (last week) upgraded my sim only contract to unlimited minutes last week.  The new allowances showed on my app within 30 minutes.

I have received a text today saying I have used up all my minutes and calls will cost 40p per minute.

The app is showing I have unlimited minutes.

Which is correct? The App or the text.

Hello @PitateCat,

The allowances should be correct.

It’s a technical error which you can ignore.

Due to the way the system works, In the account, Unlimited minutes are classed as a separate entity to the limited ones.

So once the minutes are used up, this triggers the text to be sent.

The unlimited minutes kicks in right away.

If you’re still concerned, you can set-up a cap by checking out this link: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/bill-capping-62/how-to-cap-your-plan-31843

Thank you, that fantastic.

You can’t ignore this my phone just won’t send a text. I have only sent very few texts over the last month but can’t find a record of my use to confirm this. What am I supposed to do it leaves me very frustrated.
