I have been trying to pay my bill for this month but every time I do it says their is something went wrong and to try again. What do I do

With pay monthly you’ll be paying iD each month by Direct Debit (DD), so you don’t need to do anything.
The app and iD My Account online sometimes - INCORRECTLY - show the bill needs to be paid, even though paying by DD.
Have you had problems with your DD be taken by iD?Â
I have been paying monthly since I started and normally do pay on the app each month. I don’t have a direct debit
