Unable to send competition texts to 82122.

Unable to send messages to 82122 (competition) I’ve got a cap at £20 to see if that made a difference as not even spent 10p. But still not working, I’ve also looked into my settings and nothing working. 
please can you help

Hello @April Rook,

Not all short codes will work on the iD network.

I believe three dictate what does and doesn’t work - it’s possible this code’s not available on three. Somebody at iD should be able to check this for you.

Anyway, good luck.

Hi @April Rook, as explained, not all short codes are supported by our network partners at Three. If you’re unable to text a certain number, it’s because Three don’t have the commercial arrangement in place to support it.
