I’m looking to upgrade my phone but to do so I have to set up a direct debit. However, when I put in my bank details it says that I can’t validate them.
I’ve looked at a couple of posts on here regarding this questions and it seems some people are having the same problem. To the point they have left ID to go on another service. How can I resolve this?
I’ll also add for such a growing mobile network they should be more support regarding advisors to talk to over the phone. This would make things a lot easier.
