Hi, last month I changed my plan to unlimited minutes but yesterday I received text stating that I’ve used all my minutes. I’ve checked my account definitely stating unlimited minutes. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I am sorry to hear about that! Did you have any previous add-ons that have expired? If your account/app shows the unlimited allowance then you will be fine to ignore that message.

Hi, yes I had previous add-on that have expired last week. So yes I’ll ignore that message but will keep an eye with the account incase I get charge. Thanks
